Conditions of return
If a return or exchange has been agreed upon, then the item must be returned in completely original, clean, unworn, unstretched, new condition. The item must not have any fragrances, odors, pet hair, damage, or been washed. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. In most cases, return shipping cost with tracking is the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be carefully packaged for return so that it won't get damaged/mangled in transit. Notes & Cleaning Instructions
The faux leather tags are built to last and stay vibrant even after multiple washes. The ultrasuede needs to be handled with a little more care. Wash on a gentle cycle. Dry on low heat.
During the cutting process there could be small pieces left inside some of the cut holes. The pieces are very easy to remove, and it is recommended to remove them before attaching them.
Occasionally a package may arrive with a smokey or leathery odor. Wiping the patches with soapy water and air drying will remove any odors. During the cleaning process, I may miss some smudges. These can be removed with soapy water.
If your order comes with rivets or screws.
