Customizing your tags is simple! Follow these steps to create your unique design:
1. Choose Your Design Layout Option: Select your preferred layout style (refer to the numbered list in the photo).
Design Elements: Choose your stock image and font (refer to the numbered lists in the photo). Then, clearly specify the custom text you want on your tags.
2. Add Your Logo (Optional)Providing a Logo: Attach your logo file via Etsy message (preferred) or email us at idahotaylormade at gmail.com. We accept JPEG, PNG, SVG, or PDF formats. For the best result, your logo should be black on a white background.
Need a Logo Idea? If you have a concept but no finished logo, just send us a note with your order! We're happy to help you create something you'll adore.
3. Select Hardware (If Applicable)Rivet or Screw Color: If you choose to add hardware, the color will be gunmetal. Included Hardware: Each tag includes one set of rivets or screws. Rivets are snap-on—no tools needed, just press them on by hand!
Proofing and Final Details Proofing Your Order All custom tag orders receive a proof sent to your Etsy-registered email. If you prefer a different email, please include that in your order notes. Proofs are sent after an order is placed, though we are always happy to review your logo or offer suggestions before you buy. To ensure a fast turnaround for happy customers, we will print and ship your order if we do not hear back from you regarding your proof within a reasonable time frame.
A Few Quick Notes
After the precision cutting process, you might notice small material pieces inside some cut holes. These are easy to remove and should be cleared before attaching the tags.

Conditions of return
If a return or exchange has been agreed upon, then the item must be returned in completely original, clean, unworn, unstretched, new condition. The item must not have any fragrances, odors, pet hair, damage, or been washed. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. In most cases, return shipping cost with tracking is the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be carefully packaged for return so that it won't get damaged/mangled in transit. Notes & Cleaning Instructions
The faux leather tags are built to last and stay vibrant even after multiple washes. The ultrasuede needs to be handled with a little more care. Wash on a gentle cycle. Dry on low heat.
During the cutting process there could be small pieces left inside some of the cut holes. The pieces are very easy to remove, and it is recommended to remove them before attaching them.
Occasionally a package may arrive with a smokey or leathery odor. Wiping the patches with soapy water and air drying will remove any odors. During the cleaning process, I may miss some smudges. These can be removed with soapy water.
