How to Best Care for Your Faux Leather and Ultrasuede Tags and Patches:
Machine wash safe. I recommend hand-washing and air-drying your tags to keep them looking new for longer. After the cutting process, small pieces may be left inside some of the cut holes. These pieces are easy to remove and should be removed before attaching the tags.

Conditions of return
If a return or exchange has been agreed upon, then the item must be returned in completely original, clean, unworn, unstretched, new condition. The item must not have any fragrances, odors, pet hair, damage, or been washed. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. In most cases, return shipping cost with tracking is the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be carefully packaged for return so that it won't get damaged/mangled in transit.
