Design Elements: Select your stock image and font (refer to the numbered font list in the photo). Then, specify your desired text.
Your Logo:
Providing a Logo: Attach your file via Etsy message (preferred) or email us at idahotaylormade [!at] gmail.com. We accept JPEG, PNG, SVG, or PDF formats. It is best if logos are black on a white background.
Need a Logo Idea? If you have an idea but no logo, send us a note with your order! We'd be happy to help you create something you'll love.
Proofing: All custom tag orders receive a proof sent to your Etsy-registered email. If you prefer a different email, please include that information in your order. Proofs are sent only after an order is placed, but we can offer suggestions or review your logo before you purchase.
To ensure a fast turnaround and happy customers, we will print and ship your order if we do not hear back from you regarding your proof.
And don't worry about wear and tear - these tags are built to last and stay vibrant even after multiple washes.
After the cutting process, small pieces may be left inside some of the cut holes. These pieces are easy to remove and should be removed before attaching the tags.

Custom or personalized orders
I generally do not accept returns but am completely open to resolving any problems that may occur. I feel the best strategy is to head off any problems before they even happen. Conditions of return
If a return or exchange has been agreed upon, then the item must be returned in completely original, clean, unworn, unstretched, new condition. The item must not have any fragrances, odors, pet hair, damage, or been washed. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. In most cases, return shipping cost with tracking is the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be carefully packaged for return so that it won't get damaged/mangled in transit.
