Ultrasuede Tags: For our ultrasuede tags, we recommend a little extra care. Please wash on a gentle cycle and dry on low heat to preserve their soft texture.
Material Remnants: Please be aware that after the laser cutting process, small pieces of material may sometimes remain inside some of the cut holes. These are easily removed with a pin or your fingers before you attach the tags to your project.

The item must not have any fragrances, odors, pet hair, damage, or been washed. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. In most cases, return shipping cost with tracking is the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be carefully packaged for return so that it won't get damaged/mangled in transit.
